Guilty Until Proven Innocent!

Apparently that is the policy at Blogger (owned by GOOG). I have maintained my Alphatrends blog for over two years with over 1,500 posts and now I have been shut down as of yesterday.

Here is the so-called problem.
Alphatrends "has been locked by Blogger's spam-prevention robots"

After searching around the net for remedies for this problem I have found that GOOG does this on a regular basis and it can take weeks for them to get around to fixing their mistake. They seem to have little concern for interrupting the legitimate blogs while they heroically fight spam blogs (with their robots) which most people ignore.

I have requested the "Unlock review" and have heard nothing back from them. It is also nearly impossible to find anyone to complain to at Google. I have had similar customer service problems with GOOG owned Youtube and Google Video.
Meanwhile I hope that my alphatrends readers will find my videos and other updates here if I can enlist the help of any fellow blog writers to get the word out it would be greatly appreciated.

Sequenom, Inc. (Public, NASDAQ:SQNM)

Shares of SQNM have held up really well in a downward market, if I were one the people who are short a combined 1.5 million shares I would be nervous. It is a biotech company and those stocks are prone to volatile swings so be sure to have an exit strategy in mind if it moves lower. I like the stock above 9.40 with a stop just under 9.00.

For China Sunergy (CSUN) to catch up to some of the other solar plays. The stock held above 10.00 since the last post (see below) and now it looks ready for a move from the rising 10 DMA.
